Η DataScouting είναι εταιρεία ανάπτυξης λογισμικού και τεχνολογικών υπηρεσιών πληροφορίας με εξειδίκευση στη δημιουργία καινοτόμων λύσεων για την εξόρυξη μεταδεδομένων από τα οπτικοακουστικά μέσα / διαδίκτυο, και ανάλυση δεδομένων μεγάλου όγκου σε πραγματικό χρόνο. Με τη χρήση τεχνολογιών Μηχανικής Μάθησης, όπως Οπτική Αναγνώριση Χαρακτήρων, ανάλυση κειμένου και βίντεο, κατηγοριοποίηση πληροφορίας και αναγνώριση ομιλίας, οι πλατφόρμες της DataScouting επεξεργάζονται κειμενικές και οπτικοακουστικές ροές και βοηθούν εταιρείες media intelligence στην εξόρυξη actionable information. Java Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Participate in system design and software architecture processes
  • Maintain existing codebase of our core products
  • Implement and deliver new features in production

Requirements

  • 1+ year in Java experience
  • Involved in production-level codebase
  • Solid understanding of Web technologies and APIs
  • Familiarity with microservices-based architecture
  • Familiarity with Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate, SQL
  • Familiarity with GNU/Linux
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge sharing culture

Nice to be familiar with

  • Spring Boot
  • PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ
  • Functional programming concepts
  • Design patterns
  • Frontend web architecture
  • Continuous Integration
  • Agile software development
DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Participate in system design and architecture processes
  • Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
  • Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of our systems
  • Collaborate with software engineers to support and optimize the deployment of applications

Requirements

  • Expertise in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies
  • Continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)
  • Knowledge sharing culture

Nice to be familiar with

  • Experience with at least one cloud provider (e.g. AWS)
  • Configuration management tools
  • Monitoring and logging tools
  • Agile software development methodologies
  • Security practices
Test Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for our core products
  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure high-quality and robust code
  • Develop and execute manual and exploratory tests as needed
  • Monitor and triage issues in production environments

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. Java, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with at least one database technology (e.g. SQL, NoSQL)
  • Knowledge sharing culture

Nice to be familiar with
